Spacol Capsules are a Kairali formulation, made in Kerala, where the family has been preparing Ayurvedic medicine since 1908.
They are intended to support liver function and metabolic balance as part of an ordinary routine of food, movement and rest. Their named constituents include amla, guggulu, ginger (shunthi), long pepper (pippali).
They are traditionally taken by mouth. Preparations of this kind are judged over weeks rather than days. Contraindications
