Eligible in-stock listed variants show their current price and can be purchased directly. Custom, unavailable, or request-only quantities are confirmed by enquiry. What can be supplied where depends on regulatory classification and permitted labelling, and both turn on how you intend to sell or use the goods. That is the detail enquiries most often leave out, and the one that decides the answer.

We will come back with availability, pack formats, lead times, documentation and terms. Treat nothing as settled until it is settled in writing — figures quoted informally are not terms.
