Distribution and import enquiries
Discuss a market-specific Kairali partnership
This page is for businesses evaluating distribution, import or wholesale opportunities. It does not promise exclusivity, market approval, commercial returns or product eligibility in a destination.
What you can enquire about
Prospective partners can ask for the current business catalogue, available product and pack formats, wholesale order information, export documentation available for a particular shipment, and the contact path for private-label or contract-manufacturing discussions. Availability, documentation and minimum quantities must be confirmed for the exact products, market and order under review.
Kairali sells products in several formats, including external-use oils and personal-care products, traditional preparations, food or beverage items and books. A product being available on this website does not establish that it can be imported, advertised or sold through every channel in another country.
Information to include
To help us understand the enquiry, please provide:
- your legal business name, website and primary contact;
- the country or territory and the intended sales channels;
- the product categories and pack formats of interest;
- an estimated opening quantity and expected reorder pattern;
- known registration, labelling, language or importer requirements; and
- whether you need existing Kairali products or a separate private-label discussion.
Destination and compliance checks
Import rules, product classification, labels, advertising restrictions, registrations, taxes and channel eligibility vary by destination. Those points must be reviewed for each product before an order or launch. Certificates, licences or test documents should be relied on only when the issuing entity, validity period, scope and product applicability have been confirmed in writing.
An enquiry does not reserve a territory or create a distributor relationship. Commercial terms, product scope, documentation and responsibilities apply only when recorded in an authorised written agreement.
Prepare for a documented review
Before committing to a launch, both parties should identify who will own product registration, importer records, label review, customer support, stock handling and any local advertising approval. Keep the final product list, pack artwork, commercial terms and destination documents together so that later changes can be checked against the version originally accepted.
Start an enquiry
Use the business enquiry form or email support@kairaliproducts.com. For private-label projects, review the contract manufacturing page before writing so you can include the required formats, volumes and destination market.
