Available payment methods
Eligible card payments are processed through Stripe. PayPal is available for eligible orders. The methods actually available to you are the methods displayed at checkout for your destination, currency, device and order. A method shown elsewhere on the website may not be available for every checkout.
Currency, prices, taxes and duties
The checkout displays the transaction currency and the amount charged by us. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or foreign-transaction fee. Any shipping charge, discount and tax collected by us is shown before you submit the order. Import duties, customs charges, local taxes or brokerage fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under the destination country's rules.
Payment authorisation and order confirmation
Submitting payment authorises the payment provider and your financial institution to validate and process the transaction. We may use reasonable fraud-prevention checks and may ask for information necessary to verify an order. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. A payment authorisation or pending bank entry does not by itself guarantee acceptance or dispatch.
Failed, pending or duplicate payments
If checkout reports a failed payment, confirm the status with your bank or provider before trying again. A temporary authorisation may remain visible until the provider or issuer releases it. If you believe you were charged more than once, email support@kairaliproducts.com with the order number, payment date, amount and the last four digits or transaction reference. Do not send a full card number, password or one-time code.
Payment security
Checkout uses encrypted connections and payment information is processed by the payment provider. We do not ask customers to provide full card credentials, passwords or one-time codes by email, phone or messaging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we and our providers use measures designed to protect transaction information.
Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Eligibility for cancellation, return or refund is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you. Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times may apply after we issue a refund. If a payment concern remains unresolved, contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate; this does not limit any right you have under applicable law or your payment provider's rules.
