Values expressed through decisions
Kairali’s core values are the standards we aim to use when deciding what to publish, how to describe a product and how to respond when information changes. They are commitments to a way of working, not proof of a product result, a certification or a clinical outcome.
Clarity before persuasion
We aim to describe products in plain language and keep different kinds of information separate. A product name, collection label, traditional reference, licence, certification and customer review each says something different. None should be stretched beyond its stated scope. Important limitations should be as easy to find as the features of the product.
Evidence before broad claims
A factual claim should have a source, an owner and a scope. Dates matter when a document can expire or a catalogue can change. If evidence is incomplete, we aim to narrow the statement, explain the limitation or leave the detail out. The Certifications and Licences page is the appropriate place for document-specific scope rather than unsupported badges or general assurances.
Respect for product-specific information
The current product page and the label on the pack supplied are the main references for ingredients, directions, warnings and pack identity. A statement about one product, range, facility or document should not be applied automatically to another. “Natural” is not a promise that an item is suitable for every person.
Questions about personal suitability deserve individual attention. Website content cannot diagnose a condition or replace a qualified professional. Our Online Consultation page explains how to request guidance when that route is appropriate.
Accountability and correction
We aim to correct information when a source changes, a page becomes outdated or a mismatch is reported. That means keeping customer support routes visible, reviewing the affected record and stating only what the available evidence supports. A correction is part of responsible publishing, not something to conceal.
Continuous improvement
Products, regulations, digital accessibility and customer needs can change. We aim to review important information, make updates carefully and preserve a clear distinction between current facts, historical material and future plans. Improvement also means resisting convenient claims that cannot be substantiated.
People and company history
Values are carried by people and tested through everyday decisions. Current role information is maintained on Our People, while company background is maintained on Past and Present. Keeping those subjects on their own pages allows dates, names and responsibilities to be reviewed without turning this values page into an unsupported history claim.
