Kairali accepts business enquiries for hospitality and professional-use requirements. Product scope, packaging, volumes and destination requirements must be confirmed for each project.
Projects we can discuss
Enquiries may cover external-use oils, personal-care products, guest amenities, gifting formats and selected professional-use supplies. Existing Kairali packs and separate custom or private-label requirements follow different commercial and documentation processes, so please state which route you are considering.
Customisation can involve pack size, presentation, artwork or other specifications only after the product, order quantity, manufacturing feasibility and destination rules have been reviewed. This page does not promise that every formula, pack or branding request is available.
What to include in your brief
- property or business name, location and primary contact;
- guest-room, retail, gifting or professional-use context;
- product formats, approximate quantities and preferred pack sizes;
- branding, artwork, language and ingredient restrictions;
- delivery destination, target date and known import requirements; and
- whether staff guidance or product documentation is needed.
Product and regulatory boundaries
A hospitality enquiry is a procurement discussion, not a representation about health outcomes. Product labels, directions, warnings and professional-use requirements must remain available to the people handling or using the product. Any therapeutic service, practitioner recommendation or use in a clinical setting requires its own qualified professional and local regulatory review.
Customer names, partner logos, certificates and approval marks are used only when their current scope and permission have been established. Destination registration, import, advertising, tax and channel requirements remain product- and market-specific.
Review samples and records before ordering
Before approving a larger order, compare the proposed sample, ingredient list, pack copy and artwork with the agreed brief. Confirm who is responsible for local labels, translations, importer details, storage instructions and staff-facing information. If a property intends to retail an item as well as use it as an amenity, state both uses because the presentation and destination requirements may differ.
Product availability and production timing can change. Do not print menus, room cards or promotional material until the final product name, pack, permitted description and supply timing have been confirmed in writing.
