Cheriya Chandanadi Thailam is a medicated oil, prepared to the formula recorded in Sahasrayogam, Thaila Prakarana.
Classically it belongs to the vata group of preparations used where the joints and muscles are the concern — stiffness, restricted movement and the ordinary aching that comes with age or hard use. Its named constituents include ashwagandha, bala, manjishtha, yashtimadhu.
