How the Kerala hair routine works
If you are new to this, begin with the oil and keep the routine to once or twice a week. Give any hair routine a full two to three months before judging it — hair simply does not respond faster than that.
Build the routine in order
- 1. The oil — Classical medicated hair oils, worked into the scalp and left on as the label directs.
- 2. The wash — Herbal shampoos formulated to clean thoroughly without stripping the oil routine.
- 3. Give it time — Two to three months of a consistent weekly routine before you judge the result.
