Digestive Wellness
Digestive Comfort
Everyday digestive care, grouped by how each preparation is made and taken.
Where to start
Infusions and herbal drinks are the easiest thing to add to a day and the easiest to stop. Powders and fermented liquids are the traditional formats here, and both are taken in small measured quantities — often at a particular point relative to a meal, which the label will specify. Tablets remove the measuring altogether.
A word about timing
More than in most parts of the range, when a preparation is taken matters as much as what it is. Before food, after food, with warm water — these are not interchangeable, and the label is the authority on which applies.
What this page is not
This is a browsing aid, not medical advice. Nothing here treats, prevents or cures any digestive condition. Severe or persistent abdominal pain, vomiting, blood in stools, fever alongside abdominal pain, or a hard or swollen abdomen are reasons to seek medical care promptly — not reasons to browse.
Before you buy
Read the ingredient list, directions and cautions on the product page and the label. Ask a qualified practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for children, or alongside prescribed medicines.
