Ayurvedic Medicated Oil for Arthritis, Gout & Osteoarthritis

I’m 40, with no major joint diagnoses, but I do get post-gym soreness and some joint squeaks. I used this oil as part of my post-workout evening routine. After about a month, I felt faster reset post-workout and fewer times I woke up with my knees clicking or feeling something’s off. My husband has mild gout in his ankle and he agreed to let me use this on his swelling after dinner. After about 6 weeks of nightly application, he reports fewer flare-up days and less redness/swelling overall. For a natural oil with no strong medicinal scent, this was a welcome change.

Working from home and sitting many hours combined with weight gain had led to some hip and shoulder discomfort. I used this oil for about a month, focusing on the sore spots after my workouts.
