Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Kairali Ayurvedic Products Pvt Ltd
At Kairali Ayurvedic Products Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains when and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility & Conditions
You may request a refund, return, or exchange if:

Item is not as described
If the product you receive is materially different from its description or images, you're entitled to a refund or exchange.

Item not received within 30 day
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund. Provide your order number, and we’ll investigate. Exceptions may apply based on your location.

Unauthorized purchase
If someone used your account or payment method without permission, you are responsible for securing your account and contacting your bank. Unauthorized transactions are not eligible for refunds from our side.

Item must be in original condition
To be eligible, returns/exchanges must include items in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept used, damaged, or incomplete items.
2. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Used or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer marked “final sale.”
3. Exchange Shipping
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- You are responsible for paying the return/shipping costs for exchanges.

If an order is rejected or undelivered due to incorrect address, a 15% fee of the order value may apply.
4. How to Request a Return/Refund/Exchange
- Contact us at support@kairaliproducts.com within 15 days of receipt, explaining the issue.
- Pack items securely in original boxes.
- Wait for approval—we may inspect your request.
- Once approved, return shipping proceeds. Exchanges or refunds will be issued after inspection.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method according to your card issuer’s processing time.
5. Order Cancellation
- If you need to cancel, notify us via email (support@kairaliproducts.com) or phone (+91 95551 56156) at least 48 hours before shipment.
- If processed before cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee applies.

If shipped but not received due to cancellation, the same 5% fee applies.
6. When We May Deny Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We may refuse a request if:
- The item matches its description and is unused but you simply changed your mind.
- You discovered a defect after using the item.
- The item was already damaged before you notified us.
- You no longer like the product after prolonged use.

Returns are excessive or suspect of abuse or fraud.
7. Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or criminal activity
- Irregular or excessive return history
